Don’t panic! We know your renewals may not coincide with our birthday. Any additional time that you add to existing products will start after your current expiration date.

Domains can be renewed any time, but Private Email, SSL certificates, and hosting plans can only be renewed automatically if you’re in the final month for yearly contracts, and final two weeks for monthly and quarterly contracts. If you aren’t in this period but would like to renew, open a support ticket with our billing team.
