Japanese compatibility with Yoast SEO add-ons
In Yoast SEO 17.9, we added a new language to our roster. Not just any language, Japanese! It’s a complex language that needs a lot of work to function correctly. Luckily, our team of brilliant linguists pulled it off, and now all Japanese people can enjoy readability and SEO analyses tailored to their language.
In this round of updates, we improve the handling of the Japanese language. In addition, we made sure that our other add-ons now work flawlessly in the Japanese language. We’ve updated Local SEO, WooCommerce SEO, and Video SEO add-ons.
